PSV won from Heracles Almelo Friday evening. It was the team’s third victory in a row.
In the fifth minute, Memphis Depay opened the score. Just before the end of the first half, Bryan Linssen made the equalizing goal for Heracles.
After the break, PSV was leading the game again, with Memphis Depay forcing Pasveer into a fingertip save.
Ruiz scored the winning point in the 63rd minute after Williams delivered a fine cross from the left. The visitors battled back to get the equalizer, but did not manage to score again.
PSV wins three points again and ranks fifth in the table now.
At the press conference after the game, head coach Cocu said that PSV deserved to win the game.
