The ‘Rechtswinkel’ (a ‘shop’ where people can get legal advice) in Eindhoven will be receiving 6,000 euros from the Oranjefonds, to support the free legal assistance they are providing.
Oranjefonds is the Orange Fund; a foundation that supports social initiatives to make it possible for everyone to participate in society, founded by king Willem-Alexander and his wife queen Máxima.
The Rechtswinkel is situated at the Nieuwe Fellenoord in Eindhoven and over the last year they have assisted over 2,000 people who had legal questions or problems.
It is the second time that the Rechtswinkel is getting a donation from the Oranjefonds. In 2011 they also received a contribution to their efforts.
The amount of 6,000 euros will be spent on ICT systems, literature and promotion.
