There was an armed robbery last night at a convenience store on the ‘Burgemeester van Hoofflaan’, in Veldhoven. Four men entered the store at around 11:45 pm.
The store attendant who was present was threatened, presumably with a firearm, but no one was hurt.
It is not clear what the perpetrators got away with. After the robbery, they went off on scooters. The police have begun an investigation in the area.
