Jong PSV (PSV youth team) is only allowed to play in First Division if some groups of fans are banned, Mayor Van Gijzel decided, according to Omroep Brabant.
A large group would not be allowed to come to Eindhoven. Fans of nine clubs, including Jong Ajax and Jong Twente, are not welcome at Jong PSV matches.
Willem II, FC Den Bosch, FC Oss, MVV, FC Dordrecht, Fortuna Sittard and De Graafschap are not welcome at Jong PSV either.
It is unknown why Van Gijzel made this decision.
