Definitive end free bus ride for non-Eindhoven residents

There is a definite end to free bus travel for children under the age of 12 and senior citizens who do not live in Eindhoven, but have a city pass.

The Eindhoven city council has decided upon this yesterday. The reason for this decision is a great increase in cost. The surrounding villages whose residents use the bus are unwilling to pay extra. The city pass can still be used for a subscription to the pools and the ice rink in Eindhoven and may also be used for the city parks.
