A 23-year-old car driver from Oosterhout flipped his car on Willem van Konijnenburglaan in Tongelre on Friday night. There was evidence that the man had been drinking heavily.
He caused a one-sided accident, in which his car flipped onto its roof, damaging two parked cars in the process. The suspect was taken to the police station where a breathalyser test revealed him to have a blood alcohol level of 0.92. His driving license was confiscated and he was charged.
