Workshop “Reading out to a group”

On Wednesday, 20 March 2013 the Eindhoven library starts “Reading out in a foreign language”. Parents and their children up to four years old are welcome in the library for a fun morning every Wednesday between 10.00 to 11.00 hrs. Listening to a beautiful story in their mother tongue increases the vocabulary, teases the imagination and motivates children to learn to read themselves.

For these morning sessions, the library is looking for volunteers who would like to read out in English. There is a special workshop “Reading out to a group” on Wednesday, 13 March 2013 at 9.30 hrs. So, is English your first language? And would you like to read out to a group of young children on a few Wednesday mornings? Sign up for the workshop by sending an e-mail to I.vDijk@bibliotheekeindhoven.nl.
