The Japanese chef, Kitajima, will gave a guest lecture to the students of catering college De Rooi Pannen in Woensel last Friday.
Kitajima has already been in Eindhoven for a week, cooking at restaurant ‘De Karpendonkse Hoeve’. He is the third guest chef to cook at the restaurant on Sumatralaan.The top Japanese chef has brought two assistants to the Netherlands, but if the need arises, he can also call on one of the chefs of ‘Karpendonkse Hoeve’. He undertook an internship in Japan last year and is therefore familiar with Japanese cooking techniques.
