The police arrested a 55-year-old Eindhovener for severely molesting a woman Sunday evening.
Around 19:00 hrs, the 28-year-old victim called the police herself to report the attack. A little later, agents found her in front of a residence at the Orteliusweg. The woman suffered several facial injuries and her hair was partly scorched. The woman declared having visited an acquaintance who lost it at some point and assaulted her. The suspect allegedly threw her against the wall and set her hair on fire.When the agents were interrogating the woman, the suspect rode past them on a bike. He was arrested and is held in custody for further investigation.
