Indigo World welcomes you at women’s day Eindhoven on Friday, 08 March 2013. Meet-up will be at 12:00 hrs on the bridge near Van Abbemuseum, as part of the worldwide campaign “Join me on the bridge” (www.joinmeonthebridge.org). Women, children and men will be joining together on bridges across the world, holding up banners, making a public statement that “Stronger Women Build Bridges of Peace” and supporting women in war-torn areas. From there, a ten-minute walk will bring the group to De Oude Rechtbank.
Start of the program will be at 13:00 hrs at De Oude Rechtbank with a warm welcome by Indigo World and a surprise Openings Act. From 14:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs there will be a parallel program to enjoy, watch, interact, participate, share and listen to, with abroad variety of music, dance, theatre, poems, performances, workshops and an Open Stage which will be opened by the alderman of the city, Mrs. Lenie Scholten.
