MEXICO – The robot soccer team from the Technical University plays its first game Wednesday, June 20 at the World Cup in Mexico City.
This time the Eindhoven team wants to return home with the first prize. The last World Cup finals from 2008 to 2011 were lost.With improved teamwork and better ball control in tackles they should have to succeed this time.Eindhoven competes apart from robot soccer also in the category Healthcare robots and in the category Humanoid, this means robots with hands and feet. The finals are Saturday, June 23.
