Singalong on the Townhall square on Friday 21st

This Friday (September 21) the yearly singalong (meezing… hence AMEEZING) festival takes place on the Stadhuisplein (the square in front of the city hall).  The singing starts around 21.00, but there is music as of 20.00.

The idea is that the Eindhovens gemengd mannenkoor (mixed male choir) sings various famous songs from the stage, and the audience is very much encouraged to sing a long. Not sure if this is typical Dutch, but half of the songs is, but that also means that half of the songs are international classics.

The weather may not be as great as during the week, so come a bit prepared. The event is for free, but you can sure contribute by singing along, and also by buying drinks and snacks to sponsor the event. But most of all, make sure you enjoy it.
