The region’s top man and woman have been chosen. They are Peer Swinkels and Ingrid de Boer. Ingrid is the director of the Eindhoven housing corporation, Woonbedrijf. Peer is the CEO of the Lieshout Bavaria brewery.
This was announced at FRITS magazine’s annual awards evening. This magazine organises the competition.
Ingrid de Boer has been the Woonbedrijf’s figurehead for 14 years. With 33.000 homes, this is the largest housing corporation in the region. According to the jury, she is a connector and fulfils a vital role in the housing construction sector in the area. The panel also praised Peer Swinkels. According to the experts, he leads a major company in the region with enthusiasm. Bavaria has a turnover of more than €700 million and about 2.000 employees.
DELA’s Edzo Doeve, and Dutch Design Week director, Martijn Paulen, are among the men at two and three in the top men. The second and third spots among the ‘most influential women’ are filled by consultant, Irene van Rijsewijk, and CEO of the Hoffmann Group, Winny Hoffmann.
