Fifteen first-year students of the TU/e have received a ‘STimulation grant’ worth EUR 2019.

These are students from the Bachelor’s programme in Chemical Engineering en Chemistry. The group of students consists of seven boys and eight girls.

The prize is awarded to students who, in addition to their studies, participate in extra beta activities or social projects. Some grants are awarded on the basis of the originality and creativity of the profile workpiece in secondary school. The student must, however, have an average final examination grade of at least 6.5. The TU/e would like to use the prize to emphasise that there is a high demand for chemical technologists.

The prize will be presented on Wednesday 16 October at 15.30 in De Zwarte Doos.
