A 21-year-old man from Valkenswaard has been arrested for a stab incident at Stratumseind in Eindhoven.

The police tracked the man after a tip. Sixteen people came with tips after showing surveillance images revealing the suspect.

The police investigated the suspect, but he was abroad at that time. On Monday, the man reported himself at the police station.

In the stab incident on the night of 14 to 15 September, the victim was seriously injured. He had to leave the hospital with 25 stitches. He was hit in his kidney and forearm, among other places.
