Eindhoven’s community service officers have added five new electric cars to their fleet.

Corné Verhoeven, head of city supervision, said the team were “very happy with the new cars”.

The new vehicles are more durable than their predecessors and, according to the municipality, fully equipped to support officers in their day-to-day policing. The cars are also fitted with AEDs and a first aid kit, as well as various other resources.
