Rental prices in Eindhoven are rising faster than in the Randstad

Rental prices in Eindhoven are rising faster in the last two quarters than in Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague.

This is shown by figures from Pararius, the largest website for commercial rental housing in the Netherlands. In the third quarter, commercial rental prices increased by 12.1 percent in Eindhoven compared to 2017. Rotterdam is in first place with an increase of 14.3 percent.

In Eindhoven, new tenants paid an average of € 14.62 per square meter per month in the past quarter compared to € 13.05 a year earlier. The reason is simple: there is too much demand and too little supply.
