According to Mark van Bommel, he can hardly blame his team for the performances in the Champions League.

‘In the Netherlands everyone thinks differently about this, but I think we have achieved top performance. We lost the first two games at certain moments’, says the PSV trainer at the press conference for the match against Tottenham Hotspur.

Do or die
PSV stands, together with the English team, at the bottom of the group with zero points. Anyone who wins takes home three points and mainly keeps European football in sight after the winter break. A six-point match in which there is a lot at stake for both teams.

FC Emmen
Van Bommel’s team had a good general rehearsal last weekend. At home, FC Emmen was put aside with 6-0. PSV, with nine points out of nine, stands at the top of the competition. “But you still have to do it. The Eredivisie is not easy, ‘says the coach.
