In order to measure the quality of Dutch hospitals, United Consumers conducted a survey among 3500 respondents.
The respondents stayed in the hospital for one day. They indicated that they had an above-average confidence in hospital staff and generally rated their hospital visit as good. They also indicated that they have been treated with respect and understanding. 100 percent of the respondents indicated that they received enough information from the doctor.
They rated the hospital with an average of four stars.
