Fake police agents rob 72-year-old woman in Eindhoven

A 72-year-old woman was robbed in her own home on Friday. That says Raymond Vermeer, district agent in Vaartbroek, Heesterakker, Esp and Bokt, on Twitter. According to him, two fake police detectives talked their way inside and stole money undetected.

The men acted strategically. One of them called and said that he was a detective. He showed a badge with a police emblem and told the woman that there was a burglary in her home. Even though the woman knew nothing about that, she let the man in.

When the man was in the house, he left the door open. He checked windows and doors and then went upstairs with the woman after being asked to show her possessions. The second man could now come in and take his spoil. Afterwards it turned out to be a big amount of money.

The police say the suspects are white men. One is between 50 and 55 years old and has a length of 1.80 to 1.90 meters. The other man is between the age of 40 and 50 and has a stubborn attitude.
