Working with FrieslandCampina, officials hope to plan the former dairy’s redevelopment in time to begin the sales process before spring. A buyer should be found by the summer.

Eindhoven’s municipality wants to preserve the building’s industrial character and hopes to give monument status to some of the buildings on-site.

More than 140 people worked at the Campina plant when it closed in 2015 after 54 years.
