Queen Maxima visited Eindhoven’s Summa Business College today to mark the EigenBaas (be your own boss) program.
The EigenBaas program prepares students for entrepreneurship, with projects including discussing current business issues and writing a business plan.
Students eventually pitch their plan to a panel of experts.
Maxima heard several students’ pitches, approaching them afterwards to discuss their experiences.
The Queen also spoke with education policy makers and Summa management.
Queen Maxima is a member of the Dutch Committee for Entrepreneurship and Finance, an initiative of the Department for Economic Affairs which helps entrepreneurs with coaching and company financing.
