The Transport & Logistics region Eindhoven wil organize this Sunday 22 May for the first time the Eindhoven’s Logistics Day.
At Van Rooijen Logistiek you can take a truck ride, look inside the warehouses, drive a forklift or see the Paris-Dakar vehicles in real life. Everything is possible. Young and old will get a better idea of everything involved in logistics.
For those interested, there is a job market with vacancies in the transportation sector. The Summa College is available to give information and explain the training possibilities.
More than 30 companies and organizations will give a lifelike picture of the world of transportation and logistics. The region has about 39,000 jobs in the sector. The expectation is that in the coming three years an additional 3000 jobs will become available.
