Singing in signing during Van Abbe 80 year anniversary

In the ‘Van Abbe museum’ there will be singing with hands this weekend. The Dutch signing choir will have a performance together with the museum choir.

This special performance is part of the 80 year anniversary of the museum. The goal is to make this accessible for everybody, with or without disabilities. The project sponsor is BankGiroLoterij (lottery).

The performance is planned for Sunday afternoon, as part of the anniversary celebration, where the museum will remain open for 80 hours. You can also find workshops, yoga lessons and breakfast as a part of the program. The 3D artist Blume will provide a tour around the museum in sign language.

More information in regards to the program can be found on this website.
