PSV angry about the behavior of fans in Madrid

PSV is angry about the behavior of some of the supporters. Beggars in the streets were humiliated by a group of fans before the Champions League match against Atletico Madrid. PSV director Gerbrands finds this behavior scandalous.

The fans threw coins to the beggars in a square in the center of Madrid. Thereby also bawled and whistled. Someone even burned a note in front of a beggar’s nose.

Gerbrands said that PSV will trace those supporters. "When we find them, they have a huge problem. We consider banning them from the stadium, or worse. We do not want to be associated with this. We have values and standards. And this attitude does not belong to a club like PSV’ says Gerbrands.
