Opening Luchen community school ‘t Schrijverke

The aldermen Hoekman and Verdouw of Geldrop-Mierlo yesterday opened the community school ‘t Schrijverke (the little writer) in the area Luchen.

Earlier that afternoon, Sinterklaas was a guest together with the children to celebrate the opening of the school. The school ‘t Schrijverke in Luchen started officially after the summer holidays of 2015.

The new school accommodates primary school ‘t Schrijverke, Geldrop-Mierlo playgroup and Dolphin nursery.

Architects from the office of "Hoogte Twee" in Arnhem is responsible for the design of the school. Laride together with the client made notes for the user requirements. Construction company Van Gerven was responsible for the construction of a sustainable school.
