In the past two years, the number of vacancies in the job market in our province increased significantly. According to figures from the Central Bureau for Statistics (CBS).
Two years ago there were about 14,200 vacancies in the provincial job market and this year around the same time about 19,900. A robust growth of 5,700 vacancies.
In the whole of the Netherlands, around 40,000 jobs became vacant in the last two years. The provinces of North Brabant and North Holland are responsible for more than half of the total vacancies.
