‘PSV and Espanyol have agreed on Moreno’

PSV and Espanyol have reached an agreement on Moreno. According to reports the Eindhoven Dagblad. PSV has been trying for some time to take over Moreno, but the deal failed to materialise again and again. Until now.

Allegedly PSV will pay four million euros for Moreno. The player himself was already in agreement with PSV, so nothing seems to be to standing in the way. However, the signatures have not yet been put to paper yet.

Moreno still has a financial issue to finalise with Espanyol, and he would want to do that first, before he signs in Eindhoven.

After that, a work permit will have to be applied for, which must be obtained before he can actually join in with training at the Herdgang and before he can be lined up in competitions.
