Police protest campaign on A2 Eindhoven – Den Bosch

Police forces were conducting protest actions today, for a better Collective Labour Agreement (CAO). This time, also Eindhoven area has been suffering from the protest campaigns. A large number of police vehicles were going very slowly, approximately 60 kilometers an hour, on the A2 highway between Eindhoven and Den Bosch.

The campaign took place between 09:00 and 12:00 hrs this morning. The police vehicles were driving in a row, which initially became bigger as more police vehicles joined. At the end of the protest action, the number of police vehicles had gradually declined, so as to bring the row of slow vehicles to an end.

The A2 highway between Eindhoven and Den Bosch was not the only "stage" for the protest campaign today. The slow driving actions also took place on roads / highways between Tilburg and Vlissingen, Urk and Lelystad and Groningen and Hoogeveen.
