It shouldn’t be a surprise, but Phillip Cocu wants to beat Utrecht this evening. That is what the manager said to PSV TV yesterday while preparing for the cup match against FC Utrecht.
A cup match desires a different sort of game than normal competition football, according the manager. PSV should just win and continue, preferably playing at their highest potential.
‘The team should, however, keep an eye open’, the coach continues. A cup competition will always be full of surprises, because smaller clubs have less to lose. The match PSV versus Utrecht will be live on air this evening via Studio040 Radio.
