The homeless encampment at the Maxima Medical Centre shall be cleared, this the court decided in Den Bosch on 10 September 2014.
Homeless residents of the encampment were assisted by a lawyer to prevent the evacuation, however the court dismissed the request and asked the homeless residents to leave.
Whether the municipality has started the eviction is not yet known. Earlier yesterday, the homeless residents were given an ultimatum to leave however the residents did not vacate the encampment.
