Color Run against muscular disease ALS

ALS, the motor neurone disease affecting the muscles, is being highlighted at primary school Floralaan today. Hein van Duivenboden, who suffers from this disease, will tell the pupils about it.

He does so in order to inform them about the disease, but also to encourage them to take part in the Eindhoven Color Run, which is being held in about a month. In fact, the run is organized to raise funds for research into ALS.

This Color Run is being held on 21 June. The participants are going to run a distance of five kilometres and every kilometre they will be sprinkled with all kinds of coloured powder. This will turn the finish into a big colourful spectacle.
