Suspect for murder Nicole vd Hurk in court

The suspect in the murder of Nicole van den Hurk from Eindhoven, stands today before the judge in court. The case today involves the so-called pro forma session.

It will also be decided today whether Jos de G. will be detained for a longer period of time.

The suspect, Jos de G., was arrested when a DNA match was found. He denies the allegations and may probably not be present at the trial.

Nicole van den Hurk was raped and murdered in 1995. Her body was found in the woods near Lierop. She was 15 years old at the time of the murder, which has long remained unresolved.
