A hemp farm was dismantled at the Van Kantstraat in Strijp Saturday morning. The farm had 500 plants. Two suspects from Eindhoven were arrested.
The police were informed about there being a hemp farm inside a hangar. They planned the raid Saturday morning.
Within the same hangar, an APAAN (Alpha-phenylacetocetonitrile) production installation was found as well. APAAN is used in the production of hard drugs. The drugs lab was dismantled.
An investigation was started to find out about the size of the drugs production.
