Bikers commemorate Jasper at the Smurfenvijver

Motorcyclists from different motor clubs came together last night to commemorate Japser de Weijert. Tens of people drove the Lichtjesroute.

At the Smurfenvijver on the Hendrik de Keyzerplein they shared a minute’s silence in memory of Jasper and sent up a wish balloon.

The tour was organized by Harleys on Tour. This club already rode once with Jasper to raise money for his seriously ill friend Faber.

Jasper was incurably ill. He passed away last weekend at the age of 8. His parents were present at the commemoration yesterday.
