Huge American healthcare contract for Philips

 
Philips Healthcare signed the largest single contract worldwide. The electronics company signed an alliance with the American Georgia Regents Medical Center Friday.

The agreement includes consulting services, medical technology purchases and maintenance. It should enable patient-centred approaches to care and generate savings.
The American hospital provides care to millions of people in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. The 15-year contract is worth about $300 million.
