Jubilant supporters cheer for PSV

Eindhoven – More than two hundred supporters patiently awaited the PSV players before they showed up for their training on Monday afternoon.

The jubilant fans had turned up to congratulate the team on winning the KNVB (Dutch Football Association) Cup Finals on Sunday. PSV won 3-0 in the title fight against Heracles Almelo.Belgian player, Dries Mertens, showed up with a complete set of teeth complete even though two were broken off when he scored the second goal in the Cup Final on Sunday. He had visited his dentist on Monday morning. Shortly after three in the afternoon – slightly later than scheduled, the players took the field, passing through an arch of supporters. The players took it easy; on Tuesday they would have to resume full training, to ready themselves for the match against RKC Waalwijk the following day. Source: Omroep Brabant
