This course will introduce you to the EQ and IQ skills that will help you “hack” into the usual misconceptions about virtual meetings and turn them into success. You will learn what to pay special attention to, in order to avoid the most frequent pitfalls of virtual meetings.
By the end of this course you will have:
– A step-by-step guideline to prepare, conduct and conclude your virtual meetings in a way that maximises the participants’ engagement
– A set of practical behavioural tips (EQ enhancing) that you can right away practice in your virtual meetings to get the most out of the participants’ inputs
– A set of practical process tips (IQ enhancing) that will help you crate shared ownership and mutual ownership from the meeting.
