Dutch Design Week (DDW) takes place 21-29 October 2023 in Eindhoven. The event offers an optimistic exploration of every imaginable design discipline, with a clear emphasis on experiment, innovation, and the development of young talent.

The 2023 theme “Picture This’ appeals to everyone’s imagination and celebrates the imaginative power of designers. We can all imagine where we are now heading as a society and as a planet, but how can or should things change? There is so much coming at us that it can be overwhelming.
Designers are experts in formulating and visualising different perspectives, which enables them to lead people through a process of change and break through paralysis.

The best of all weeks

Dutch Design Week is Northern Europe’s largest design event, presenting work and concepts by over 2,000 designers to more than 350,000 visitors from the Netherlands and abroad. Spread across some 100 locations throughout the city, DDW organises and facilitates exhibitions, lectures, award ceremonies, networking events, debates and festivities, among other things.
