€35Conscious tasting
Unlike colors, in our culture we are not trained to recognize different taste tones. This explains why it is difficult for many people to name what they taste. We believe that by consciously tasting (and a little help from each other) everyone can recognize different taste notes. Recognizing this is therefore central to all our tastings. The great thing about tasting is that everything you taste is good, it is always what you taste. There are therefore only ‘correct’ answers in our workshops.
Combination Mindfulness
During this workshop, the mindfulness exercises help to be more in the here and now, to concentrate better and therefore to taste more consciously.
You have probably experienced it; you eat a piece of chocolate and suddenly it’s gone. And that’s a shame, knowing that chocolate contains more than 400 flavor notes. Of course you can’t immediately recognize all of these, it takes a lot more practice. But you will immediately notice that the combination of mindfulness exercises and conscious tasting, helps you immensely in recognizing different taste tones. In addition, you will experience that when you taste together you taste so much more than alone.
After the workshop there is room to drink a cup of tea together, while new experiences are shared.
