Guide to vegetarian and eco-friendly hotspots

From tomorrow (Friday), Eindhoven will have a Veggie map. This is an English city map with an overview of interesting vegetarian or ‘green’ locations.

There are, for example, vegan restaurants but also places with a special vegetarian menu. Besides these, there are also eco-friendly initiatives such as the ‘Too good to go’ app or the Eat Without Zones shop.

Local Life Eindhoven created the pamphlet in collaboration with local business owners. Local Life Eindhoven has been publishing the English Local Life Eindhoven Guide twice a year since 2011. This is meant for expats, internationals, and other newcomers to Eindhoven.

There is a growing interest in vegan and vegetarian food and sustainable, organic, and local shopping. Local Life Eindhoven, therefore, decided it was time to come up with a brochure with green and sustainable locations.

Launch tomorrow (Friday)

The official launch of the Veggie map takes place tomorrow (Friday) at The Ginscal in Stratumseind. Starting next week, the guide will be distributed for free to more than 250 places in the city.
