It is winter and we can see lot of health problems around us even though we have plenty of modern medical possibilities. In our ancient medicinal history we can find amazing natural techniques to overcome winter health issues.

Cinnamon is a popular spice with an organic compound called cinnamaldehyde. This organic compound is responsible for cinnamon’s medicinal properties. Using one to two teaspoons of cinnamon powder per day can enhance the potential to fight inflammation.
