Cafeteria Snackplein forced to close for 2 weeks

Cafeteria Snackplein on the Catharinaplein has been ordered to close for two weeks after failing to adhere to opening hours regulations.

The municipality said the snackbar had been caught defying the rules twice. The establishment will be allowed to open again on 21 June.

It is the third eatery this year to face temporary closure for this type of violation. One such case is still awaiting a ruling. Eleven warnings have also been issued so far in 2018.
