Philips has become the first Dutch employer to join Randstad’s international Hall of Fame.
Each year the Randstad Awards are presented to the best employers in every country it surveys.
More than 170,000 people in over 30 countries were interviewed before winners were determined.
Philips, already named the best employer in the Netherlands 3 times in the last 5 years, will now join the ranks internationally with companies such as Google and Microsoft.
