On Tuesday night, a fire raged at the paper wholesale, BOX, in Knegselseweg in Veldhoven.

There were no injuries, and the fire was brought under control. The fire is thought to have originated in a sorting machine.

The firefighters’ visibility was limited due to the smoke. Now, attempts are being made to get the factory smoke-free as soon as possible.

The fire brigade arrived with two fire trucks and an aerial platform.
