Strijp-S building project Space-S is in the race to win the Building of the Year 2018 award.
Space-S, a residential complex with more than 400 rental properties, is a contender in the Liveability and Social Cohesion category.
Future residents were asked for their input on the living environment, and a group of 400 interested tenants responded via Facebook.
The Building of the Year prize is awarded annually by the Dutch Association of Architects (BNA).
