AH XL Limburglaan closed

Bad news for those used to shop at the AH XL along the Limburglaan, Eindhoven.

Eindhovens Dagblad mentions this Albert Heijn supermarket will remain closed until Wednesday. Sunday morning, the supermarket was evacuated because fire broke out in one of the ovens, used to bake bread.

The fire was accompanied by an enormous amount of smoke. This smoke damaged practically all products in the shop. The exact extent of the damage is still being investigated.

Sunday, the supermarket remained closed. By now, it is clear the supermarket will not reopen till Wednesday.
