Salvation Army opens second-hand clothing store

A new charity store selling second-hand clothing is due to open on Willemstraat.

The ReShare Store, run mainly by Leger des Heils (Salvation Army) volunteers, will officially open on Friday. Clothing is described as affordable, but at the same time ‘hip and contemporary’.

All proceeds go to charity and supporting Salvation Army projects. The Salvation Army is a relief organisation for people in need.

Some items are handmade by the volunteers themselves, while visitors can also donate clothing. A large part of the store’s interior is made from recycled material.
