Boy (14) drowned in pond Henri Dunantpark

A fourteen-year-old boy drowned in the pond of Henri Dunantpark this afternoon.

The boy, together with others, sought cooling in the water until he did not surface at a certain point.

Firefighters and police officers searched for his body. The boy was dead when they found him. The police brought the boys’ friends to the police station for care and support.

The police have cleared and cordoned off the park.
