Accident involving trucks causes traffic jams A67

An accident involving two trucks between Eindhoven and Venlo caused traffic jams on the A67.

Three trucks were involved in a collision shortly after 9am at the Geldrop exit. A driver trapped in the middle truck was freed by the fire department.

A trauma helicopter with a mobile medical team (MMT) on board landed on the highway. The A67 in the direction of Limburg is completely closed to traffic, which is being redirected via the A2 and A73.

Rubberneckers driving in the other direction led to traffic jams on that side of the motorway.
